If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn timepiece in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Our quality control team will inspect the item within 3 business days; once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
